Before you start.
Who in my business should do this?
The owner-founder, hands-on. Most small businesses don't have a COO, a strategy director or an AI lead, and you're still close to the work. Do it with one or two of the team members who work in that department: if it's marketing, involve your marketing people, and have them do the tasks and test the skills themselves.
Which AI do I need?
Whichever you prefer. What you leave with works on the AI model of your choice, because the setup and the structure are what matter, not the tool.
How long until I see results?
On average: week one for your foundations, month one to have every skill in the department set up with multiple hours of your week back, month two to keep developing and automating, and month three for a fully operating department with training plans and updated processes. It goes faster or slower depending on the hours you put in.
Do we do the whole business at once?
No. One department at a time. You build it, keep optimising it, then move on to the next department.
How much support do I get?
It's very hands-on. Every module is explained with videos and guides inside The Distillery, the member portal you log into, and there are weekly calls with Stine to answer your questions.
Where does everything live?
In a clear structure on your shared business drive, whether that's Google Drive or OneDrive. Different people work on different parts, and everyone can see how it fits together.
