Stage 01
MAP
Find out where the time actually goes.
We list every recurring task in the business, time it honestly, and rank it by hours burned and by how mechanical it is. Most owners are wrong about where their week goes. The map is what makes the rest of the work obvious rather than fashionable.
You finish with: A ranked task list, a Task Time Ledger with real baseline hours, and a shortlist of what to automate first.
Stage 02
BUILD
Install the operating system, one automation at a time.
The foundation documents come first, and they're quick: a Brand Voice Prompt Pack so AI writes like you, and a Business Master Prompt so it understands your customers, products and constraints. Then the real build starts. We build out the automations that actually run the work, one after another, until you have a full AI operating system, covering the jobs a whole marketing and admin team would do, with sales, finance and operations added over time.
You finish with: A working AI operating system you own, in tools you already pay for. Nothing proprietary, nothing you're locked into.
Stage 03
RUN
Make it survive contact with your team.
This is the stage everybody else skips. We rewrite the standard operating procedures for the changed business, and we write a training plan for every staff member whose role is affected, from skill gap identified to training needed. Then we re-time the task and put the number back in the ledger.
You finish with: New SOPs, a per-person training plan, and a measured before-and-after number.
